Choosing a homeschool curriculum can be both fun and overwhelming.  We've tried to simplify it by highlighting a few curriculums in each subject that local families love. By considering a few key factors, you can find the right one for your family.

• Keep your homeschooling "why" front and center. This can help guide which curriculums meet your family's unique needs. We've got a helpful worksheet to get you started.

• Think about your teaching style and your child's learning style. Look for curriculum that matches both. Consider your child's interests and strengths, as well as, relevant educational goals.

• Research different programs and read reviews from other homeschooling families.

• Take advantage of free trials or samples to ensure the curriculum is a good fit before making a purchase.

Remember, curriculum is just one tool in your toolbox. It shouldn't be your only tool though.  Games, activities, field trips, experiments, kits, travel, classes, sports, family time, etc are all ways of learning too.
