This is a perfect outing for homeschool families looking to explore the arts in a beautiful, relaxed outdoor setting — and best of all, it's completely free!
The Chico ART Festival takes place on the spacious outdoor campus of St. John's Episcopal Church, featuring local artist booths, community arts organizations, live music and dance, art demos, kid-friendly art activities, food trucks, and beautiful gardens to explore — including a playground and a labyrinth to walk. Friday evening wraps up with a fire dancing performance starting at 8 PM.
