Free Teen Yoga

A free yoga class for teens of all levels is being offered this summer, meeting every Thursday from 2-3 PM. The sessions aim to promote physical fitness, mental relaxation, and overall well-being. This inclusive program is a great opportunity for teens to learn and practice yoga in a supportive environment.
