Kinetics Dance and Gymnastics Studio is hosting tryouts for their recreational gymnastics team. Athletes should have some gymnastics experience but do not need to be experts. Kinetics is a vendor/community partner for CORE, South Sutter, and Lakeview.

About the event
Kinetics provides a recreational level competitive gynmatiscs. Skills should be good but do not have to be perfect.
Skills being assessed include. but not limited to: Floor: cartwheel, handstand, roundoff, turns, leaps Bar: casts, pull-overs Vault: Handstand to flatback Beam: turn, jump, leap, roll, handstand Strength and flexibility
Looking for kids that want to work hard, have a great attitude, take correction well and want the be committed to a team and have fun doing it!
Team is a year-round commitment. Practices start August 29th. Grades 1 - 12 $5.00 tryout fee - registration required Space is limited
