The Homeschool Chess Club meets once a month at the Chico Women's Club to play chess, improve skills, and make friends. This group also offers the option to compete several times a year in the Sacramento Valley Chess League against players from schools across the region.

About the event
This is a supportive group of kids who love playing chess. All levels and ages welcome. For more information call Cathy or Danielle. Their numbers are listed in the photo. Suggested donation of $2 to help cover the cost of the facility. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to bring a board and chess pieces to make sure there are enough for everyone. Drop-ins are welcome.
