Join BLACC (Building Leaders, Advocates & Community Connections) for their 4th annual Juneteenth Celebration at DeGarmo Park in Chico on Friday, June 19th from 3–8 pm. This free, family-friendly event brings the community together with live music, local artists, food, vendors, and Black-owned businesses. A festive afternoon for all ages!
