About the event
Next Level Mindset is offering youth movement classes throughout the summer to introduce their new wellness program to the community. These classes are designed to be more than just fitness sessions with a NASM-certified personal trainer; they provide guidance through a mindset overhaul. They work with kids to teach grit, resilience, and perseverance, inviting them to learn a new way to see themselves and the progress they make.
